    Chicken Piccata

    List of Ingredients

    1 5-6 oz. chicken breast, thinly pounded or butterflied
    1 oz. olive oil
    2 oz. white wine
    1/2 oz. balsamic vinegar
    2 1/2 oz. butter
    1 oz. capers
    2 pinches parsley


    Recipe

    Heat Sauté pan on high heat. Dust chicken in flour. Season with salt and pepper and sauté 2 minutes, turn and cook 2 minutes. Pour wine in and burn off. Pull chicken out of pan and set aside. Add balsamic vinegar, butter and capers then fresh chopped parsley into the pan and
    mix. Dish chicken onto a plate and top with leftover sauce.
