List of Ingredients
1 5-oz. chicken breast
4 each artichoke hearts
2 oz. mushrooms
1 oz. sliced ham
2 and 1/2 oz. swiss cheese
3 each roasted peppers (julienned)
1 oz. Marsala wine
1 oz. chicken stock
2 oz. olive oil
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste
Recipe
1) flour the chicken (dredge in flour)
2) place chicken in heated 10 inch sautee pan with olive oil and fresh fine chopped garlic
3) sautee until down side starts to brown
4) flip chicken and season with granulated garlic, salt, and pepper
5) add sherry wine, artichokes, and mushrooms to pan and cook until chicken is fully done. Place one oz. ham, swiss cheese, and roasted pepper on top of chicken. Add chicken stock, cover, let simmer until sauce is fully reduced, and cheese is melted.
