1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive oil
4 Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup Chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 teaspoon Rosemary
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat the oil in a skillet. Dredge the chicken in the flour. Add to the pan and brown on both sides. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the broth, rosemary, butter and lemon juice. Allow the liquid to reduce (as the chicken finishes to simmer) over medium-high heat until
it reaches a sauce-like consistency. Check the seasonings. Serve warm.
