    6 chicken breasts halves, skinned and boned
    paprika
    freshly ground pepper
    4 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp butter
    4 tbsp brandy
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp celery seeds
    1/2 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
    2 tbsp slivered almonds
    cooked brown & wild rice mix

    Sprinkle chicken breasts lightly with paprika and pepper; cook chicken in olive oil & butter in a large skillet for about 12 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove chicken, and keep warm. Add brandy to drippings in skillet; cook on high heat stirring constantly, until liquid is reduced slightly. Add water and next 7 ingredients. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk until mixture is smooth. Pour sauce over chicken, sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately. Sauce is excellent over rice.
