    2 to 2 1/2 lbs chicken breasts
    3 tablespoons milk
    1 egg beaten
    1 cup crushed saltines or Ritz crackers
    1 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Combine egg and milk. Set aside. In a shallow dish combine crushed crackers, thyme, salt, paprika and pepper. Set aside.
    Rinse chicken, pat dry. Dip chicken into egg mixture, coat with crumb mixture. Place into a 15 X 10 X 1 inch pan or a 13 X 9 X 2-inch.
    Arrange so chicken doesn’t touch. Melt margarine and drizzle over chicken. Bake in a 375 oven 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is tender. Makes 6 servings.
