    2 6-8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
    3 lemons
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp clarified butter
    2 tbsp capers (drained)
    2 tbsp white wine
    1/8 cup of chicken broth
    2 tbsp beef broth
    Cooked angel hair pasta
    1 tbsp chopped parsley

    Recipe






    1. Dredge chicken in flour
    2. Heat butter & oil on a medium heat
    3. Saute chicken on one side approx. 4 minutes, turn over and saute
    for approx. 4 minutes
    4. Squeeze juice from 2 lemons
    5. Add wine-lemon juice-capers-chicken broth-beef broth
    6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat

    Serve over pasta and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley
