    Cheesecake Factory Mashed Potatoes

    4 c. cubed redskin potatoes
    2 heaping T. horseradish
    1/2 c. butter (softened)
    1 tsp. salt and to taste
    1 c. shredded Gouda cheese

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes until very soft and drain off water. Add butter, salt and whip with a rotary beater until butter melts. Whip in remaining ingredients.
    Adjust seasoning.
