Fresh Dill Potato Salad

7 cups Potatoes, cut into Discs with skin left on (preferable Red Potatoes, because they don't come apart so easy)
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 TBSP. chopped fresh dill ( I add a little more)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Recipe
Slice the potatoes into discs. Cook until tender,then rinse and drain them. Put potatoes in a plastic bag (hot) and pour Italian dressing in...try to mix gently. They will absorb more of the dressing flavor when hot.
After marinating in fridge for a couple of hours,lift them out of dressing (although I have found that it thickens up, so I don't even bother to drain). Put in large bowl.
In small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions and dill,along with salt and pepper. Gently fold into potatoes, refrigerate till ready to serve.
