Red and Blue Potato Salad

3 to 4 pounds red potatoes, boiled and cubed
1-1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
4 Tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
4 Tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon celery seed
1 Cup sliced celery
5 chopped green onions
ground black pepper
kosher salt
Recipe
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, parsley and seasonings. Add blue cheese and gently mix until combined. In another bowl, combine potatoes, green onions and celery. Add blue cheese mixture and toss lightly.
