    4 to 8 potatoes (depending on size) cubed and boiled
    1/2 red onion chopped
    1 Tbsp dry parsley
    1/2 tsp Basil
    1/2 tsp Oregano
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/8 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black pepper
    1/2 tsp Garlic (2 cloves chopped)
    Cooked, crumbled bacon

    Recipe



    Mix seasonings, oil & vinegar. Add potatoes and onions. Top with bacon. Enjoy!
