    5 eggs
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup small curd cottage cheese
    1/4 cup of garlic dressing
    1/4 cup corn starch
    1/2 tsp of salt
    a few grinds of black pepper
    3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup diced crabmeat
    2 medium mushrooms sliced thinly
    1 Tbs of chopped cilantro
    1/2 cup of chopped baby spinach

    Recipe



    Lightly grease a 10-inch glass pie plate. Add into the pie plate the sliced mushrooms, chopped cilantro, chopped spinach, grated cheddar cheese and diced crab meat.

    In blender, blend the first 7 ingredients for 1 minute or until frothy. Pour slowly the egg mixture over the crab mixture. Bake for 45 - 60 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Time varies due to oven temp. The quiche should not be fully set.

    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish.
