    3 anchovy fillets, drained
    1 large garlic clove
    1/3 cup, freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 cup, mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons, red wine vinegar
    3 tablespoons, fresh lemon juice
    1/2 cup, Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon, fresh ground black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons, Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 cup, vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tablespoons, flavorful olive oil



    Recipe



    In a blender or food processor, puree anchovies, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and oils, and bland until smooth.

    Dressing will keep (covered and refrigerated) for up to 2 weeks.
