    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 tablespoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon apple cider
    1 3/4 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1/3 cup freshly chopped chives
    Dash of cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except chives and cayenne pepper and mix well. Add chives and cayenne pepper and mix in. Taste and adjust seasonings.
