List of Ingredients




1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped chives
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan
1 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Creole seasoning (see below)

FOR CREOLE SPICE (Combine all ingredients):
1/2 cup paprika
1/2 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup granulated onion
3 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ground white pepper
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 cup dried oregano
1/4 cup dried thyme
2 tablespoons ground cumin
2 tablespoons sugar



Recipe



Whisk all the dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Transfer to a container with a lid and store in the refrigerator until needed.
