List of Ingredients
3 1/3 cups shredded green cabbage, 1/2 head
3 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage, 1/2 head
1 1/3 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced fine
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon corn oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Makes 15 side servings
