Greek Pasta Salad II

List of Ingredients
1-1/2 cups uncooked Penne Pasta, cooked, drained and cooled
2 Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
1 Bell Pepper, diced small
2 ribs Celery, sliced thin
Pepperoni or Genoa Salami, sliced thin, slices cut in half
1 bunch Green Onions, sliced thin with the green part
1 can sliced Ripe Olives, drained
1 small can sliced Mushrooms, drained
1/2 package of Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup fresh snipped Parsley
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar, or more to taste
1 tsp. Sugar, or more to taste
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. dried, crushed Basil
1/4 tsp. White Pepper
1 to 2 tsp. minced, bottled Garlic
Recipe
Mix all salad ingredients together in large bowl. Fold in dressing. Taste and adjust the seasonings in dressing now if you need to. Cover and refrigerate several hours before serving. Take out and stir a couple of times before serving so dressing coats salad well.
