    List of Ingredients





    1 perfect tomato, cubed
    1/2 med cucumber in chunks
    3 slices onions, cut rings in half
    2 oz feta cheese in cubes
    about a dozen Kalamata olives or ripe olives (optional)

    Dressing
    1/4 C olive oil
    1/4 C lemon juice
    1/2 t oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 t sugar

    Recipe



    Put dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well, dress salad, cover with saran and let sit on the counter for about an hour.
