Chunky Tomato Salsa

2 cups tomatoes cut in small dice
1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons white vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
In a medium bowl, toss ingredients together until evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
