Gyro Style Pork Sandwich

List of Ingredients
1 lb boneless pork loin
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp prepare mustard
1/2 c.lemon juice
2 cloves garlic,minced
1 tsp oregano,dried
1 c.plain yogurt
1 cucumber peeled and chopped
1/2 tsp garlic,crushed
1/2 tsp dill
2 pita bread rounds,halved
1 small red onion,peeled and thinly sliced
Recipe
1)Cut pork into thin slices
2)Cut slices into strips that are 5x1/2 inch
3)Combined olive oil,mustard,lemon juice, garlic,and oregano
4)Pour over pork slices
5)Cover and refrigerate 1-8 hours
6)Meanwhile,in small bowl,stir together yogurt,cucumber,crushed garlic,and dill. Cover and refrigerate
7)Preheat oven to 450 degrees
8)Drain marinade from pork slices and place pork in single layer in shallow pan.
9)Roast until crisp,about 10 minutes
10)Open each pita half to form a pocket. Fill with pork
11)Top each sandwich with chilled yogurt mixture and onions.(Could also put chopped tomatoes on top)
