    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    1 6-ounce can pitted black olives, diced or crushed
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
    1 small jar pickled peppers
    1/2 medium Vidalia onion, sliced thin
    2 plum tomatoes, sliced
    Lettuce leaves
    Alfalfa sprouts
    Italian dressing
    1 loaf Italian bread
    1/4 pound Swiss cheese

    Mix cream cheese, Italian seasoning, olives, garlic and black pepper in small bowl and set aside. Cut top off an Italian loaf horizontally and hollow out, reserving scooped-out bread for another use; keep top. Spread garlic-cream cheese mixture inside bottom and sides of loaf. Layer roast beef, pickled peppers, onion, tomatoes, lettuce and sprouts. Pour Italian dressing over layers, top with Swiss cheese and cover with reserved top. Secure with toothpicks, cut and serve.
