1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish



Recipe



In a small dish, dissolve the sugar and salt in the vinegar.
Put mayonnaise and horseradish into a blender. Add the vinegar solution, then turn blender on medium speed for about 10 seconds.
Pour sauce into a covered container and chill it for a couple of hours.
