    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup minced gherkins (sweet pickles)
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely diced
    salt & pepper

    Recipe



    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, gherkins & jalapeno. Stir to mix well. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Set aside.
