- ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
- ½ cup light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon minced sweet onion
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
Combine relish, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, lemon juice, Dijon, horseradish, salt and paprika in a bowl. Stir well until completely blended. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend.
