    Outback-style Creamy Onion Soup

    10 oz. can chicken broth
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    10 oz. can creamy onion soup
    10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
    10 oz. can cream of celery soup
    1/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/8 cup shredded Colby cheese
    1/8 cup shredded Provolone cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat broiler.

    Blend chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth.

    In a large pot, mix together the cans of soup and chicken broth and heat over medium flame. When hot enough to serve, stir in the shredded cheeses.

    Pour soup into ovenproof bowls and broil until lightly brown on top.

    Yield: Makes 6 servings
