    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped fresh Louisiana oysters
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/4 cup diced celery
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    dash TABASCO Pepper Sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cup chopped artichoke hearts
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn starch
    1/2 cup water
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
    2 cups heavy whipping cream
    pinch white pepper
    pinch whole thyme



    Recipe



    Saute onion, celery, garlic in both oil and butter. Then add dash of TABASCO Pepper Sauce, oysters, salt, artichoke hearts, white pepper, thyme, heavy whipping cream and simmer until 180 degrees. Mix flour and cornstarch with water and blend into mixture to thicken. When soup has reach 180 degrees turn off heat and add white wine and serve
