    Reuben Chowder
    1 T. butter, softened
    3 slices rye bread
    1 can (11 oz.) condensed nacho cheese soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can (14 oz.) sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
    12 oz. deli corned beef, diced (I use canned and it is delicious)
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
    3 c. milk

    Recipe



    Butter bread on both sides; cube. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 6-8 minutes or 'til browned. Meanwhile, in saucepan, combine soups, milk, sauerkraut and corned beef; cook and stir over medium heat for 8-10 minutes or 'til heated through. Add cheese; stir until melted. Top w/croutons.
