    1 tsp. Garlic powder
    1 tsp. Fennel seed bruised
    1/2 tsp. Thyme
    2 tsp. Black pepper
    1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. Paprika
    1/2 tsp. Oregano
    1/2 tsp. Salt



    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients together in small bowl and mix thoroughly.

    For pork:
    Rub pork tenderloin with olive oil and season generously with spice mixture. Roast over hot coals until done in center approximately 10-15 minutes.
