    Jazzed Up Cranberry Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c orange juice
    1/4 c raspberry vinegar
    1 c sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    12 oz cranberries
    1 whole cinnamon stick

    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine the orange juice, vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves. Stir in the cranberries and add the cinnamon stick. Reduce heat and simmer until the cranberries burst and sauce is slightly thickened, 7 to 10 minutes.

    Remove cinnamon stick. Cool for about 30 minutes or refrigerate. Sauce will continue to thicken as it cools.
