    Buffalo Wings II

    Source of Recipe

    jennifer

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup Louisiana Hot Sauce
    2 dashes pepper
    2 dashes garlic powder
    1 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    10 chicken wings
    vegetable oil

    Recipe

Remove tips from wings; cut wings into 2 pieces.

Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in a small sauce pan over low heat; heat until butter is melted and ingredients are well-blended.

Combine flour, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt in small bowl. Put the wings in a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly. Put the wings in the refrigerator for 60-90 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees (just enough to cover the wings entirely). Put wings into hot oil and fry 10-15 minutes until some parts begin to turn dark brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel, but do not let completely cool.

Quickly put the wings into a large bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and stir, coating all the wings evenly. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch dipping sauce.
