    Fajita Wings

    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs chicken wings
    1/4 c lime juice
    1/4 c red wine vinegar
    2 T vegetable oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp chili powder
    1/4 c chopped cilantro
    salt and pepper to taste

    Dipping Sauce

    1/2 onion, cut into 1/2" thick slices and grilled
    1 c prepared onion dip
    1 tsp chili powder

    Combine all ingredients except wings in bowl, whisking to blend. Transfer to zip top bag and add wings. Turn bag to coat evenly. Refrigerated 4 to 24 hrs. Preheat grill to medium high. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Grill onion slices for dipping sauce.
    Cook wings for 3 to 5 minutes per side, moving around to prvent charring too much.
    To prepare dipping sauce, mince grilled onion. Combine with dip and chili powder.

    Serves 4
