2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices LAND O LAKES® Deli American Cheese, cut in half diagonally or 1/2 (8-ounce) package LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cooked ham, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onion

Heat oven to 375° F. Press potatoes on bottom and up sides of greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 minutes.Combine milk, eggs and pepper in medium bowl; beat until well mixed. Stir in ham and green onions. Place 1/2 cheese on potatoes. Pour egg mixture over cheese.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Let stand 10 minutes.
