    This is a great alternative to regular meat loaf.

    1/2 cup plain bread crumbs

    1 teaspoon ground cumin

    1/2 teaspoon allspice

    1/8 cup low fat milk

    1 lrg. egg, beaten

    1 sm boiling onion

    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

    1 tablespoon tomato paste

    1 pound ground sirloin

    Recipe



    Combine the bread crumbs, ground cumin, and allspice in a large bowl. Add the next 7 ingredients and form 4 large, oval-shaped patties 1 inch think. Preheat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Rub with a little oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add patties to pan and cook, 5 to 6 minutes, turn, reduce heat and cook 10 minutes more. Remove patties from pan.
