    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg (8oz) Cream Cheese, softened
    1/4 C Unsalted Butter
    1/3 C Sour Cream
    1 small clove Garlic
    1 T Chives, snipped
    1 T Parsley
    S & P to taste

    Recipe



    In mixer or blender, beat softened Cream Cheese and Butter with Sour Cream.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pack into mold or small bowl and chill at least 12 hours.

    Serve with crackers or sliced cocktail pumpernickel. Also great on cold meat sandwiches.
