    Herbed Bread Pizza Dough

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. dry active yeast
    1/4 cup cold water
    1 Tbsp. honey
    4 cups unbleached flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried basil
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 cups cold water

    Recipe



    In bottom of processor, mix water, yeast and honey. Process for a couple of seconds. Add flour, salt, oregano, basil and oil into the bowl of the food processor. Pulse to combine. Add water and process until dough is formed. Stop machine and feel dough. If too moist, sprinkle a little flour over dough and process a couple more turns. Let dough rest in processor 4-5 minutes.

    Start machine - let dough rotate in bowl 25-30 times. This completes machine kneading. Remove from bowl and place on lightly floured surface. Let rest 2 minutes.

    Place in oiled bowl and cover with plastic. Put in warm place until doubled in bulk - approximately 1-1 1/2 hours.

    Remove from bowl and knead to deflate and redistribute yeast. Divide for number of pizzas you'll be making.
