Pizza Crust
List of Ingredients
1 1/8 cup warm water
2 Tbsp + 1 tsp. olive oil
3 3/8 cup bread flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp yeast
Recipe
Put all ingredients in bread maker in the order as directed. Let it go through the knead and first rise cycles. Refrigerate the dough until 1 hour before you need it. Best if let to rest in the refrigerator for awhile. Spread dough on your favorite pan.
Top with the usual and bake 12 - 14 minutes in a well preheated 475 degree oven.
