1/4 POUND BROCCOLI -- CHOPPED
1 SMALL ONION -- CHOPPED
1/2 CUP FRESH PARSLEY
6 OUNCES SWISS CHEESE -- SHREDDED
2 TABLESPOONS DIJON MUSTARD
1 TEASPOON LEMON JUICE
2 PACKAGES CRESCENT ROLLS
Recipe
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. COARSELY CHOP HAM, BROCCOLI AND ONION WITH A FOOD CHOPPER. FINELY SNIP PARSLEY SPRIGS.COARSELY GRATE CHEESE WITH A CHEESE GRATER. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CRESCENT ROLLS AND SET ASIDE. ARRANGE CRESCENT TRIANGLES IN A CIRCLE ON A 15-INCH BAKING STONE WITH BASES OF THE ROLLS OVERLAPPING IN THE CENTER AND THE POINTS TO THE OUTSIDE. THERE SHOULD BE A 3-INCH DIAMETER CIRCLE IN CENTER. EVENLY SPOON FILLING OVER BASE. FOLD POINTS OF TRIANGLE OVER FILLING AND TUCK UNDER BASE AT CENTER. FILLING WILL NOT BE COMPLETELY COVERED. BAKE 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
