Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

3 cup flour
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 cup milk
2 bananas, ripe and mashed
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Heat a skillet over medium heat – grease with butter. Whip the eggs in a bowl with a whisk until lightly beaten. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, milk, and vanilla and mix to combine. Fold in the bananas and chocolate chips.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet to form pancakes. Cook 1-2 minutes per side or until bubbles form. Flip each pancake over and cook another 1-2 minutes. Serve with syrup.
