Great sause to top pancakes or waffles
List of Ingredients
4 tsps of corn starch
½ cup of sugar
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinammon
2/3 cup of water
1 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons lemon juiceRecipe
Mix corn starch with sugar, nutmeg & cinammon & slowly stir in water. Cook over a high heat, beating with a wire whisk until clear & thick. Cook over medium heat for a further 2 minutes. Add frozen blueberries & lemon juice. Heat through & serve
