    1 CUP BUTTER
    1 3/4 CUPS SUGAR
    1 TABLESPOON VANILLA
    4 LARGE EGGS
    2 CUPS SOUR CREAM
    4 CUPS FLOUR
    1/2 TEASPOON SALT
    2 TEASPOONS BAKING SODA
    4 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

    TOPPING:
    1 CUP SUGAR
    4 TEASPOONS CINNAMON
    3 TABLESPOONS SOFT BUTTER
    1/2 CUP WALNUTS -- CHOPPED


    Recipe



    HEAT OVEN TO 350. CREAM TOGETHER BUTTER, SUGAR VANILLA AND EGGS. ALTERNATELY FOLD IN SOUR CREAM, FLOUR, SALT BAKING SODA, AND BAKING POWDER. POUR HALF THE BATTER INTO GREASED 9X13 PAN. MIX THE TOPPING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE A LITTLE OVER 1/2 OF THE TOPPING ON THE 9X13 MIXTURE. CAREFULLY POUR THE REMAINING BATTER OVER THE TOPPING IN THE 9X13 AND THEN REPEAT THE TOPPING MIXTURE. PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY WITH A SPOON SO CRUMBS WONT FALL OFF CAKE LATER.

    BAKE FOR 35-40 MINUTES. (CAN BE SEPARATED INTO LOAF PANS AND WILL MAKE ABOUT 3)
