1 BOX GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
2 PACKAGES VANILLA PUDDING MIX -- DIET PUDDING OK
3 1/2 CUPS SKIM MILK
8 OUNCES COOL WHIP LITE(R)
1 1/2 CUPS CONFECTIONER’S SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 TEASPOONS LIGHT CORN SYRUP
1 TEASPOON VANILLA
3 TABLESPOONS SKIM MILK

SPRAY 9X13 PAN W/PAM (BUTTER FLAVORED IF YOU HAVE IT). MAKE THE PUDDING MIXTURE (ALL TOP INGRED EXCEPT THE CRACKERS). SPREAD A LAYER OF GRAHAM CRACKERS ON THE BASE OF THE PAN, THEN A LAYER OF PUDDING, LAYER OF CRACKERS AND PUDDING.. REPEAT (CRAKERS NEED TO BE ON TOP LAYER THOUGH). REFRIDGERATE FOR 1/2 HOUR.
THEN MAKE THE ICING MIXTURE. MELT CHOCOLATE, VANILLA, CORN SYRUP AND MILK IN A PAN. MIX IN THE SUGAR AND MIX WELL. POUR OVER THE GRAHAM CRACKER MIXTURE AND REFRIDGERATE FOR 1 HOUR. SERVE COLD.
