1 C. Butter or Butter Flavor Shorting
1 C. Brown Sugar
1 C. White Sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 tsp. water
2 C. Rice Crispies
1 Small Bag Coconut (7 oz)
2 C. Oatmeal Meal (Quick Cook)
1 C. Pecans or Walnuts (chopped)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together until light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs, and beat until smooth. Blend in vanilla and water. Add Rice Crispies, coconut, and Oatmeal. Blend these ingredients in well. Stir in nuts. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 10 - 14 minutes until done.
