    Beef Burgundy in a Crock Pot!

    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ lbs. beef tips, cut in bite-size pieces
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    ½ c dry red wine
    1 t fresh garlic
    ½ t salt
    ½ t pepper
    ¼ c dry red wine (yes, more wine)
    1 T plain flour
    1 pkg. egg noodles prepared according to directions


    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients in a crock-pot and mix well. You can set the crock-pot to medium in the morning and the dish will be ready when you return in the afternoon (this cooks in about 6 to 8 hrs).

    Thirty minutes before serving, prepare the noodles and whisk together ¼ c wine and 1 T flour and add to the crock-pot. Mix well and stir often to thicken. When the noodles are al dente, drain and spoon the beef mixture over the hot noodles.

    Serve with crisp French bread.
