Bar Ingredients:
1 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup LAND O LAKES™ Half & Half
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES™ Half & Half
Chocolate Glaze Ingredients:
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES™ Half & Half
1/3 cup real semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 to 1 cup powdered sugar Recipe
Combine 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup powdered sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted (3 to 4 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in 2 teaspoons vanilla, 1/4 cup half & half, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and walnuts. Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup butter, remaining 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar, remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons half & half in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over crust. Refrigerate until firm (30 minutes).
Meanwhile, combine 2 tablespoons butter, corn syrup and 2 tablespoons half & half in 1-quart saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (2 to 3 minutes). Remove from heat; stir in chocolate until melted. Stir in enough powdered sugar for desired spreading consistency. Spread evenly over filling. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours. Store in refrigerator.
