    Lemon Bars

    List of Ingredients




    1 yellow cake mix
    1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tblsp. lemon juice
    1/3 cup oil

    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup.
    Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13" pan. Bake 15 min. at 350 degrees. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until smooth. Spread over baked layer.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 min. longer. Cool and cut.
