1 cup plus 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, egg and margarine. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture, stirring until just blended; do not over-mix.
3. Lightly flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll out dough to a 1/4-inch (6 mm) thickness. With a sharp knife, cut into 12 wedges and place on baking sheet. Reduce oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
