    Crockpot - Pizza Chicken

    Makes 8 servings.I put this into Fitday and I think I came up with 6carbs per serving. Sounds good to me.

    List of Ingredients




    8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 chopped onion
    2 green bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces
    2 c. jarred pizza sauce
    1 c. shredded pizza cheese

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in a 3 - 4 quart crockpot/slow cooker. Top with the onions and bell pepper.Pour the pizza sauce over all. Cover and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Stir well.Sprinkle with cheese and let stand 5 minutes to melt cheese.
