    3/4# hamburger, 3/4# Italian or other sausage. Mix these together, spread the meat thinly out over a 9x11 pan, and bake on 400 for about 10-15 minutes while you prepare everything else.

    Find or make some no-sugar pizza sauce, shred 1# mozarella cheese, and collect anything you want to top your meatza with: pepperoni, salami, ham, mushrooms, olives, onions, peppers, garlic, etc.

    Remove meat crust from oven when it's cooked through and drain fat from the pan. Layer your sauce, cheese, and goodies on the meat crust. Return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 more minutes. Voila!

    Without any veggies, and cutting the meatza into 8 servings, there will be about 4-5 carbs depending on what you did for pizza sauce. You'll have to add in some carbs for whatever veggies you put on and any in your processed meats. Along with a salad, which you can afford with this meal, it was very filling and tasty.
