    1/4 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp SF vanilla syrup (davinci)
    1/2 pkg spenda
    1 T heavy cream or 1/2&1/2
    dash of cinnamon

    Recipe



    mix all in a bowl until smooth. microwave on high for 1 minute, stir and microwave again for 30 seconds.
