List of Ingredients
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon each lime (or lemon) juice and water
1 tablespoon Splenda Granular (or 1 1/2 packets)
Fresh pepper to taste Recipe
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Adjust pepper. Makes five servings.
Variation: Try this fresh and flavorful dressing over mixed greens topped with grilled chicken and toasted pecans.
