1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbs. fresh Ginger Root, grated OR
1 tsp. ground Ginger
1 Tbs. Dark Sesame Oil
1-lb. Pork Tenderloins
1/4 cup Honey
2 Tbs. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
Recipe
Combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger and oil in a large zip-type plastic bag, add tenderloin and marinate 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 400-F degrees.
Remove pork from bag and pat dry.
Mix together honey and brown sugar in a shallow plate. Place sesame seeds in a separate shallow plate. Roll tenderloin in the honey and brown sugar mixture to coat, then roll in sesame seeds.
Roast in a shallow pan for 20-30 minutes, until meat thermometer reaches 160-F degrees. Serve warm.
